感謝美東中文學校協會為美東區的中文老師帶來這麼堅強的台灣師資團隊，飄洋過海來發揚對中文教育的熱愛，給我們海外教師注入一劑強心針，立即感受到功力大增，走路有風，謝謝馮永敏教授、李函香老師、甘貴新老師的熱心指導，以及沈琬貞校長和黃金利博士的貼心安排與長期支持，海外華語文教育才能一直不斷的推陳出新，培育更優秀的新一代華裔子弟，同時也讓主流社會的美國孩子感受中國文化的博大精深。

連續三天密集的受訓課程，非常踏實，一分一秒都像海綿一樣放空自己，用力的吸收著自己所需的專業知識，今年度佛光山紐約會所的場地很舒適，點心供應源源不絕，齋飯可口，志工態度親切，但是回到家都好累阿，先把照片 PO 給你們，講義部分就用照片來加強記憶囉。

Chinese Food Experience at Green Leaf

The day before, I visited Simon to discuss the menu within the budget and convert it into the pinyin system so that my students can use mandarin to order food in Chinese by themselves.
